A multichannel prospecting platform that ends with a call
Prosperian is a multichannel prospecting platform: email, LinkedIn and phone in one flow. Each channel knows what happened on the others, and the prospect who reacts moves to the top of the call queue.

What SDRs using it say
“I was pleasantly surprised by Prosperian. Cold calls, which used to be a chore, have become much smoother and more enjoyable. Between the power dialer, which lets me qualify and move from one call to the next at breakneck speed, and manual lead enrichment, it's the complete platform I needed to save time and focus on my sales.”
Christian Foham, CEO's Right Hand | Growth & Outbound Prospecting
“As an SDR, Prosperian is a real advantage in time saved and convenience. My calls follow one another with no time wasted, and the tool is very easy to use.”
Othmane Bayahya, Business Developer @ Bee Nice
“Prosperian made me more productive, with clear traceability on my day-to-day tasks as an SDR. I recommend it!”
Louis Vimart-Camier, SDR @ Scal IA
Three poorly linked channels send the same message three times
Adding LinkedIn and the phone to email is not enough. When channels share nothing, the prospect gets follow-ups that ignore each other.
- Channels do not talkThe prospect accepts the invitation on Tuesday and gets an email on Wednesday that acts as if nothing happened. They see a bot, not a person.
- The pace is set in advanceEmail on day 3, LinkedIn on day 5, call on day 7. The calendar moves on whether the prospect opened nothing or already clicked.
- The call comes last, and coldThe phone stays the final step regardless of the reaction. The rep dials without knowing what the other channels already said.
A multichannel flow that branches on the prospect's reaction
The journey does not follow a fixed calendar. It moves at the pace of what the prospect does.
- Step 01Start from a signalA hire, a new role, a reaction to a post in your space: the flow starts when an account moves, not when a list is ready.
- Step 02Open on the most natural channelA LinkedIn invitation with no pitch, or a short email that names the fact you saw. Email only goes to an address verified as deliverable.
- Step 03Branch on the reactionAccepted, opened, clicked, no reaction: each condition opens its own branch. Whoever accepts gets a LinkedIn message, whoever stays silent gets a different angle by email.
- Step 04Switch to the phone at the right timeEvery reaction raises the heat score. The warm prospect climbs the power dialer queue, with the history of each channel on their card. If nobody picks up, a voicemail can be dropped.
What the multichannel prospecting platform runs for you
Every channel writes to a single history per prospect. That is what stops you from repeating yourself.
- Verified email
- Addresses are labeled deliverable, undeliverable or risky. The agent only writes to deliverable ones.
- LinkedIn under a cap
- At most 20 actions per day per account, invitations and messages combined. You can lower the cap, not raise it, and an account in trouble is paused.
- Phone and voicemail
- Power dialer in every plan, voicemail drop, and the parallel dialler on Pro and Enterprise to ring several numbers at the same time.
- One inbox
- Email and LinkedIn replies land in the same place, sorted by AI, with suggested replies.
- One history per prospect
- Invitation accepted, email opened, click: the call card shows what happened on each channel before the rep dials.
- The pipeline stays in your CRM
- Prosperian syncs both ways with HubSpot and Pipedrive. Your reports do not move.
Tooled-up multichannel works for teams that make calls
It is for you if
- You already run email and LinkedIn, but in two tools that ignore each other.
- You want the phone to join the sequence the moment the prospect reacts.
- You already do outbound
- You have a structured sales team
- Several people prospect on the team
- You already use a sales stack
- Your reps spend time preparing their prospecting
- They still call a lot of cold prospects
- You want to prioritize accounts better
It is probably not for you if
- You prospect on one channel only and plan to keep it that way.
- You do no outbound prospecting at all
- You only want mass emailing
- You want to take humans out of selling
A three-channel flow, ready to copy
Three messages for an account that is hiring salespeople. LinkedIn first, email if the invitation stays pending, then the call once the prospect has accepted.
Hi {first_name}, I follow sales teams that are growing in your industry, and {company} is hiring right now. Glad to connect here.
Subject: your sales hiring
Hi {first_name},
{company} is hiring several salespeople. When a team grows, one question comes up fast: which accounts do the new hires work in their first weeks?
How do you handle that today?
Hi {first_name}, {your_name} from {your_company}. Thanks for accepting my invitation.
I am calling because {company} is hiring salespeople, and that is often when teams rethink how new reps get accounts to call.
Is that on your plate right now, or is this a bad time?
Frequently asked questions
Do we need one tool per channel?
No. Email, LinkedIn and phone all run in Prosperian, with a single history per prospect. Only the CRM stays separate, synced both ways with HubSpot or Pipedrive.
Which channels are covered?
Email, LinkedIn (invitations and messages) and phone, with the power dialer and voicemail drop. The LinkedIn publishing agent can also post for you, and comments on those posts become signals.
Could my LinkedIn account get restricted?
Prosperian caps each account at 20 actions per day, invitations and messages combined. You can go lower, not higher. If an account shows signs of trouble, it is paused.
Can we tell the prospect they opened our email?
No, and Prosperian keeps you from doing it. Opens, clicks and site visits decide when to call. The suggested angle only uses facts you can mention: a new role, hiring, a funding round, an accepted invitation, a reaction to a post.
How are calls billed?
Call minutes are paid in credits, at 1 credit per minute, rounded up to the next minute. The power dialer itself is included in every plan.
