A unified sales inbox so no reply slips through
Prosperian's unified sales inbox brings together your prospects' replies by email and on LinkedIn. AI sorts them by priority and suggests a response, so hot conversations move to the phone while they are still hot.
What SDRs using it say
“I was pleasantly surprised by Prosperian. Cold calls, which used to be a chore, have become much smoother and more enjoyable. Between the power dialer, which lets me qualify and move from one call to the next at breakneck speed, and manual lead enrichment, it's the complete platform I needed to save time and focus on my sales.”
Christian Foham, CEO's Right Hand | Growth & Outbound Prospecting
“As an SDR, Prosperian is a real advantage in time saved and convenience. My calls follow one another with no time wasted, and the tool is very easy to use.”
Othmane Bayahya, Business Developer @ Bee Nice
“Prosperian made me more productive, with clear traceability on my day-to-day tasks as an SDR. I recommend it!”
Louis Vimart-Camier, SDR @ Scal IA
Replies arrive everywhere, and the best ones wait
Multichannel prospecting produces replies on several channels. That is often where it leaks.
- Two inboxes, two rhythmsEmail gets read all day. LinkedIn gets read when someone remembers. A "yes, call me" can sit for two days.
- Everything looks the same sizeAn unsubscribe, an out-of-office and a real question carry the same visual weight. You have to open everything to sort it.
- Replying takes timeWriting a fitting reply that picks up the prospect's context means reopening their profile and history.
The unified sales inbox connects the written message to the call
- Step 01The message goes outAfter a signal, the agent writes to the prospect by email or LinkedIn, following the planned sequence.
- Step 02The reply lands in the inboxWhether it comes from email or LinkedIn, it ends up in the same place.
- Step 03AI sorts and suggestsReplies are prioritized. For each one, a suggested response is ready for you to review before sending.
- Step 04The hot prospect moves to the phoneWhen a prospect says they are interested, you call them from the power dialer, with their card and activation history.
One list, already ranked by what matters
In the morning you open a single inbox and start at the top. Whatever needs action is already there.
- Email and LinkedIn together
- No more hopping between inboxes. Each conversation keeps both channels side by side.
- AI prioritization
- Replies that need action come before the ones that can wait.
- Reply suggestions
- A draft takes the ongoing conversation into account. You edit it and stay in control.
- Sequences that react to engagement
- What happens next in the sequence depends on what the prospect did: opened, clicked, accepted, no reaction.
- Notifications in Slack
- The agent's notifications also reach Slack, where its drafts can be approved or rejected.
- Protected LinkedIn accounts
- The agent stays under 20 actions per day per LinkedIn account. You can lower that cap, not raise it.
What the inbox does not do on its own
- Suggestions are proposals: you send them, or decide to delegate.
- The inbox brings together email and LinkedIn. Calls go through the power dialer.
- It does not turn a generic sequence into a conversation: without a signal upstream, there will be few replies to sort.
For teams prospecting on two channels at once
It is for you if
- Your SDRs write by email and on LinkedIn, and lose replies in between.
- You want positive replies to turn into a call the same day.
- You already do outbound
- You have a structured sales team
- Several people prospect on the team
- You already use a sales stack
- Your reps spend time preparing their prospecting
- They still call a lot of cold prospects
- You want to prioritize accounts better
It is probably not for you if
- You mostly send mass email campaigns and do not plan to answer one by one.
- You do no outbound prospecting at all
- You only want mass emailing
- You want to take humans out of selling
Two reply templates for the messages you get most
"Not the right time" and "send me some info" come in every day. These two replies keep the door open without pushing.
Thanks {first_name}, noted.
So I don't follow up at random: what would make this a priority at {company}? A hiring round, a new target, a tool change?
I'll get back to you then, not before.
{your_first_name}
Happy to, {first_name}. So I send the right page rather than a generic brochure: are you looking more at {topic_a} or {topic_b}?
If it's easier, I can also show you in ten minutes over the phone.
Frequently asked questions
Which channels does the inbox bring together?
Email and LinkedIn. Replies from both channels arrive in the same inbox.
Does the AI reply for me?
The AI sorts replies by priority and suggests a response. You review it, edit it if needed, and send it. The agent's drafts can also be approved from Slack.
How is priority decided?
The AI puts replies that need quick action first. Each prospect also keeps a heat score, which is used to sort the call queue.
Why put email and LinkedIn in the same inbox?
Because prospects do not pick the channel you happen to be watching. A LinkedIn reply to an email sent the day before deserves the same speed as an email reply.
Is my LinkedIn account at risk?
The agent is capped at 20 actions per day per account, a cap you can lower but not raise. An account in trouble is paused.
What happens to prospects who reply positively?
You call them while the exchange is fresh. The power dialer, included in every plan, shows their card with the signal, the suggested angle and the activation history.
