Anyone or any company acting in a professional capacity that talks to B2B sales teams: agencies, consultants, trainers, content creators, or customers who already recommend Prosperian. Signing up is free.
50% of the subscription (excl. VAT) paid by each customer you refer, Starter or Pro, whatever the billing period, excluding credit top-ups (the Enterprise plan is excluded unless agreed in writing). Commission is paid as long as the customer stays subscribed. On the Pro plan at the monthly price, that is €75 per month per user.
30 days. If the person signs up within 30 days of clicking your link, the customer is attributed to you, under the program terms.

No. Sign-ups from your own company, or from a company you control or manage, do not earn commission: the program rewards recommending new customers.
A commission becomes payable 30 days after the customer pays, and none is due on a refunded or disputed payment. Payout methods, threshold and schedule are shown in the partner portal, according to the affiliate program terms.
Yes. When you recommend Prosperian with your link, clearly display the words "Publicité" or "Collaboration commerciale" (advertising / commercial collaboration), as required by the French law of 9 June 2023 on influencer marketing. If you publish outside France, also follow the disclosure rules that apply there, such as the FTC guidelines in the United States or the ASA/CAP code in the United Kingdom.
