A power dialer that only calls warmed-up prospects
Prosperian's power dialer runs your calls back to back, from a queue that is already prioritized. Every prospect arrives with a signal, a first message sent and call context ready, so there is nothing to prepare between numbers.
- Signal
- Hiring three SDRs
- Why now
- Accepted a LinkedIn invitation yesterday, opened an email this morning
- Suggested angle
- Help the new hires know who to call first
What SDRs using it say
“I was pleasantly surprised by Prosperian. Cold calls, which used to be a chore, have become much smoother and more enjoyable. Between the power dialer, which lets me qualify and move from one call to the next at breakneck speed, and manual lead enrichment, it's the complete platform I needed to save time and focus on my sales.”
Christian Foham, CEO's Right Hand | Growth & Outbound Prospecting
“As an SDR, Prosperian is a real advantage in time saved and convenience. My calls follow one another with no time wasted, and the tool is very easy to use.”
Othmane Bayahya, Business Developer @ Bee Nice
“Prosperian made me more productive, with clear traceability on my day-to-day tasks as an SDR. I recommend it!”
Louis Vimart-Camier, SDR @ Scal IA
A fast dialer on a cold list still makes cold calls
Most dialers speed up dialing. They change nothing about who you call, or what you know when the person picks up.
- Speed warms nobody upDialing cold numbers faster mostly means hitting voicemail and "bad timing" faster.
- Prep breaks the rhythmBetween calls, the rep looks up the profile, the website, the last exchange. The dialer waits and the session drags on.
- The list order is arbitraryAlphabetical, by import date or by industry: nothing tells you who showed interest this week.
The power dialer comes last, after the signal and the warm-up
In Prosperian the dialer is not a standalone tool. It receives what the earlier steps prepared.
- Step 01The signalProsperian detects hiring, a job change, a funding round, LinkedIn activity, engagement with a competitor or entry into a new market.
- Step 02The warm-upThe contact is enriched and gets a first message by email or LinkedIn. Their activation history is logged: email opened, invitation accepted.
- Step 03The priorityProspects who have a signal and have reacted move to the front. The day's queue builds itself.
- Step 04The callThe rep starts the session. The power dialer dials, the prospect card appears, and the next call is ready as soon as the last one ends.
In the power dialer, every card answers "why am I calling"
- The signal and why now
- The observed fact and why it matters this week, in one line you can read while it rings.
- The suggested angle
- An opening tied to the signal, so you start on the prospect's topic rather than on your product.
- The activation history
- What happened before the call: email opened, LinkedIn invitation accepted. You know the person has already seen your name.
- A queue with no downtime
- Calls run back to back in priority order, with nothing to prepare in between. The power dialer is included in every plan.
- Parallel dialler on Pro
- The Pro plan (and Enterprise) adds a parallel dialler. Unlike the power dialer, it uses credits: 1 credit per minute.
- Results in your CRM
- Prosperian syncs with HubSpot and Pipedrive, so follow-up stays where your team already looks.
What the power dialer will not do for you
Better to know before you try it.
- It does not talk to the prospect: the conversation, discovery, objections and closing stay with the rep.
- It does not warm up a prospect on its own: with no signal and no first message, the card stays cold.
- It does not replace your CRM: it syncs with it.
- Finding a phone number costs 10 credits: a huge list of numbers has a cost.
The power dialer serves teams that call every week
It is for you if
- Your SDRs or AEs run regular calling sessions and lose time preparing each number.
- You want the phone to come after a first touch by email or LinkedIn.
- You already do outbound
- You have a structured sales team
- Several people prospect on the team
- You already use a sales stack
- Your reps spend time preparing their prospecting
- They still call a lot of cold prospects
- You want to prioritize accounts better
It is probably not for you if
- Your team makes no outbound calls and has no plan to.
- You do no outbound prospecting at all
- You only want a contact database
- You only want mass emailing
- You want to take humans out of selling
An opening script for calling right after a signal
The first thirty seconds decide the rest. This script starts from the signal and the activation, not from your pitch.
Hi {first_name}, it's {your_first_name} from {your_company}. I messaged you on LinkedIn this week and I'm calling to follow up.
I'm calling because I saw that {company} {signal}.
At that stage, {common_problem} often comes up. Is that on your plate right now?
If yes: what makes you say that? (then listen, no pitching)
If no: fair enough. What is the priority for you this quarter?
Close: shall we book twenty minutes on {day} to look at it together?
Frequently asked questions
Does the power dialer cost extra?
No. The power dialer is included in every plan. Only the parallel dialler, available from the Pro plan up, uses credits: 1 credit per minute.
What is the difference between the power dialer and the parallel dialler?
The power dialer dials one number after another and moves on as soon as a call ends. The parallel dialler is a Pro plan option, counted in credits per minute. In both cases the queue and the prospect cards are the same.
Does the power dialer replace my SDRs?
No. It removes the prep between calls and decides the order of the queue. The rep keeps the conversation, discovery, objections and closing.
Do I still need Kaspr or another tool for phone numbers?
No. Prosperian finds numbers in the same tool, at 10 credits per number, and replaces your sourcing, enrichment, sequencing and power dialer tools.
Does the power dialer work with my CRM?
Prosperian syncs with HubSpot and Pipedrive. Your CRM stays the place where the team tracks the pipeline.
