What SDRs using it say

  • “I was pleasantly surprised by Prosperian. Cold calls, which used to be a chore, have become much smoother and more enjoyable. Between the power dialer, which lets me qualify and move from one call to the next at breakneck speed, and manual lead enrichment, it's the complete platform I needed to save time and focus on my sales.”

Christian Foham, CEO's Right Hand | Growth & Outbound Prospecting

  • “As an SDR, Prosperian is a real advantage in time saved and convenience. My calls follow one another with no time wasted, and the tool is very easy to use.”

Othmane Bayahya, Business Developer @ Bee Nice

  • “Prosperian made me more productive, with clear traceability on my day-to-day tasks as an SDR. I recommend it!”

Louis Vimart-Camier, SDR @ Scal IA

An agency that sends volume ends up burning its clients' markets

The outbound agency model runs on repetition: new client, new list, new campaign. It breaks in three places.

  • Cold lists at every launchEach client shows up with a spreadsheet or a vague ICP. The first weeks go into discovering who responds, on the client's dime.
  • A reputation that isn't yoursA clumsy message goes out under the client's name. Mention an opened email or a website visit, and it's their brand that looks intrusive.
  • Data you pay for even when it's uselessData subscriptions are billed flat, whether they find a contact or not. Every engagement's margin takes the hit.

Your client engagements start from signals, not from spreadsheets

  • Each campaign targets accounts showing a signal first: hiring, a job change, a funding round, a new establishment, a public tender.
  • Enrichment is paid on results: nothing is charged when no email or phone number is found. An engagement's cost tracks what it produces.
  • Call cards separate what can be mentioned from what only drives timing: your SDRs never put the client in an awkward spot.
  • Every LinkedIn account in use stays under 20 actions per day and is paused if it runs into trouble.
  • Emails go only to addresses verified as deliverable.
  • Email prospecting relies on legitimate interest by default, with one-click unsubscribe, from a platform hosted in the European Union.

Launching a client with lead generation agency software

The same sequence for every new engagement, from brief to first call.

  1. Step 01The brief becomes a targetYou enter the client's website and ICP. Prosperian analyzes the market and prepares the first prioritized prospects in a few minutes.
  2. Step 02Signals that fit their marketFrom more than thirty signals, you keep the ones that point to a need for their offer. Public legal notices, for instance, cost 2 credits per notice.
  3. Step 03Multichannel warm-upThe agent orchestrates email and LinkedIn with engagement conditions. Your SDRs handle replies from a unified inbox sorted by AI.
  4. Step 04Calls and the CRMYour SDRs call from the power dialer, or the parallel dialler on the Pro plan. With HubSpot or Pipedrive, the sync runs both ways.

For outbound agencies that call as much as they write

It is for you if

  • You run prospecting for several B2B clients with a team of SDRs.
  • You want to sell your clients prepared conversations rather than send volume.
  • You already do outbound
  • You have a structured sales team
  • Several people prospect on the team
  • You already use a sales stack
  • Your reps spend time preparing their prospecting
  • They still call a lot of cold prospects
  • You want to prioritize accounts better

It is probably not for you if

  • Your offer is built solely on mass email sending.
  • You do no outbound prospecting at all
  • You only want mass emailing
  • You want to take humans out of selling

The checklist for launching a new client

Run through it with the client during kickoff, before the first send.

ChecklistProspecting engagement kickoff
  1. Collect {client}'s website, ICP and three customers they signed recently.
  2. List the events that create a need among their prospects, and match them to the available signals.
  3. Agree with {client} on the signals your SDRs may mention: job change, hiring, funding round, accepted invitation, reaction to a post.
  4. Make clear that email opens, clicks and website visits will drive call timing, never what gets said.
  5. Set the LinkedIn action cap for each sending account, 20 per day at most.
  6. Set the engagement's credit budget, noting that enrichment is only charged when there is a result.
  7. Agree on the CRM used for tracking and who receives the meetings booked.

Frequently asked questions

Does Prosperian work for an agency as well as an in-house team?

Yes, if your agency does outbound with SDRs who write and call. Prosperian automates research, enrichment, signals and prep, your SDRs keep the conversation. An agency focused only on mass emailing won't get much out of it.

How do I estimate the data cost of an engagement?

Every result has a price in credits: 1 credit per company, contact, email found or AI action, 10 credits per phone number. Some market signals have their own cost, from 2 credits per legal notice to 48 credits per lead for tool adoption or churn. Enrichment is only charged when a result is found.

What happens if a LinkedIn account runs into trouble?

Each account is limited to 20 actions per day, invitations and messages included, a cap you can lower but not raise. An account in trouble is paused.

Is the prospecting GDPR compliant for our clients?

B2B email prospecting relies on legitimate interest by default: a message related to the recipient's role and a one-click unsubscribe. The platform is designed and hosted in the European Union, and a code of practice sets out the rules.

Can our SDRs dial several numbers at once?

Yes, with the parallel dialler on the Pro and Enterprise plans: only the prospects who pick up are passed to the SDR. Minutes are counted at 1 credit per minute.
