The head of sales tool that sets priorities for the whole team
Prosperian is the head of sales tool for managers who want to run their team on facts, not spreadsheets. Every morning your SDRs and AEs open a queue ranked by heat, with the same angle logic and the same rules about what gets said to a prospect. You spend your time coaching instead of splitting up lists.
- Signal
- Hiring two buyers
- Why now
- Reacted to your LinkedIn post on Tuesday
- Suggested angle
- Structuring procurement while the team grows
What SDRs using it say
“I was pleasantly surprised by Prosperian. Cold calls, which used to be a chore, have become much smoother and more enjoyable. Between the power dialer, which lets me qualify and move from one call to the next at breakneck speed, and manual lead enrichment, it's the complete platform I needed to save time and focus on my sales.”
Christian Foham, CEO's Right Hand | Growth & Outbound Prospecting
“As an SDR, Prosperian is a real advantage in time saved and convenience. My calls follow one another with no time wasted, and the tool is very easy to use.”
Othmane Bayahya, Business Developer @ Bee Nice
“Prosperian made me more productive, with clear traceability on my day-to-day tasks as an SDR. I recommend it!”
Louis Vimart-Camier, SDR @ Scal IA
A team without shared priorities ends up calling at random
A Head of Sales spends the day juggling everyone's list, forgotten follow-ups and messages that push too hard. Three symptoms keep coming back.
- Everyone has their own listEach rep builds their own selection. Two SDRs call the same account while a third forgets the one who just replied.
- Uneven openersYour most experienced rep knows what to say after a signal. The newest hire mentions the opened email, and the prospect shuts down.
- Reviews without the whyThe CRM shows that a call happened. It doesn't say why that prospect was a priority that day, so there is nothing to coach on.
You manage the team from a shared queue, not from spreadsheets
- A call queue ranked by heat, hottest first, that the team opens every morning with no manual assignment.
- A 0 to 100 score backed by three dated reasons: in reviews, you discuss facts rather than gut feel.
- Call angles built only on signals that can be mentioned. New hires avoid the "I'm watching you" effect from their very first calls.
- The agent's drafts are approved in Slack, so you keep control of what goes out without opening yet another tool.
- Every LinkedIn account on the team stays under 20 actions per day, and an account in trouble is paused.
- Email and LinkedIn replies come together in one inbox, prioritized by AI.
A day of team management with a head of sales tool
Managing no longer happens at month end over an export. It happens in the queue, day after day.
- Step 01Define the target onceYou describe the ICP and the signals that matter in your market: hiring, job changes, funding rounds, engagement with your competitors. Prosperian sources and enriches the accounts.
- Step 02Let the agent warm them upEmail and LinkedIn sequences run with engagement conditions: opened, clicked, accepted, no reaction. You can approve the drafts in Slack.
- Step 03Open the queue with the teamIn the morning, each rep starts a power dialer session on the hottest prospects. The card gives the signal, the angle and what not to say.
- Step 04Coach from the cardIn one-to-ones, you start from the card: which signal, which angle, what the prospect said. The outcome flows into HubSpot or Pipedrive through a two-way sync.
For managers of a small outbound team of SDRs and AEs
It is for you if
- You manage SDRs or AEs who call and write to prospects every week.
- You want shared rules on who to call and how to open the conversation.
- You already do outbound
- You have a structured sales team
- Several people prospect on the team
- You already use a sales stack
- Your reps spend time preparing their prospecting
- They still call a lot of cold prospects
- You want to prioritize accounts better
It is probably not for you if
- Your team only handles inbound requests and does no prospecting.
- You do no outbound prospecting at all
- You only want mass emailing
- You want to take humans out of selling
The fifteen-minute ritual that kicks off the team's day
A checklist to run through with the team every morning, before the first calling session.
- Open the queue sorted hottest first and look at the top five prospects together.
- For each one, read the three dated reasons behind the score out loud.
- Check that the planned angle uses an allowed signal: job change, hiring, funding round, accepted invitation or a reaction to a post.
- Restate what never gets said to a prospect: email opened, link clicked, website visited, activity with a competitor.
- Approve or reject the agent's pending drafts in Slack.
- Assign the priority replies from the unified inbox before starting the power dialer.
- At the end of the day, check that the meetings booked have reached {crm}.
Frequently asked questions
Can I give the whole team the same talking guidelines?
That is what the cards are for. The suggested angle only relies on signals that can be mentioned, and every card says what not to say. A new SDR starts from the same guidelines as your most senior rep.
How do I keep the team's LinkedIn accounts from being restricted?
Each account is capped at 20 actions per day, invitations and messages included. You can lower that cap but not raise it, and an account in trouble is paused.
Do we keep our sequencing and enrichment tools?
No. Prosperian replaces sourcing, enrichment, sequencing and power dialer tools. Your CRM stays, with a two-way sync for HubSpot or Pipedrive.
Do my reps lose control of their messages?
No. The agent drafts and sends according to the sequences, and its drafts can be approved or rejected in Slack. On the phone, the conversation, objections and closing stay with the reps.
How long does it take to get started?
You enter your website and your target. Prosperian analyzes the market and prepares the first prioritized prospects in a few minutes, with no technical setup. The trial is free, with no credit card.
