For SDRs

The tool for SDRs that shows up with the prep already done

Prosperian is a tool for SDRs that does the research before you log in. In the morning your call queue is sorted, and every prospect comes with a signal, a first message already sent and an opening angle. What's left is the part that matters: the conversation.

What SDRs using it say

  • “I was pleasantly surprised by Prosperian. Cold calls, which used to be a chore, have become much smoother and more enjoyable. Between the power dialer, which lets me qualify and move from one call to the next at breakneck speed, and manual lead enrichment, it's the complete platform I needed to save time and focus on my sales.”

Christian Foham, CEO's Right Hand | Growth & Outbound Prospecting

  • “As an SDR, Prosperian is a real advantage in time saved and convenience. My calls follow one another with no time wasted, and the tool is very easy to use.”

Othmane Bayahya, Business Developer @ Bee Nice

  • “Prosperian made me more productive, with clear traceability on my day-to-day tasks as an SDR. I recommend it!”

Louis Vimart-Camier, SDR @ Scal IA

An SDR's day gets eaten up before the first dial

The job is talking to prospects. Yet a large share of the day happens somewhere else, far from the phone.

  • Figuring out who to callYou open a list, then LinkedIn, then the company website, trying to guess who might have a reason to answer today.
  • Prepping every number by handFind the right contact, check their title, hunt for a hook. A few minutes per prospect, and the calling block slides into the afternoon.
  • Landing in voicemailCalling a stranger who has never seen your name mostly means a voicemail greeting or a polite "call me later".

Your day starts with calls instead of research

  • Today's queue is built and sorted hottest first: you begin with the people who reacted.
  • Each card tells you why this prospect now, which angle to take and what you should never say to them.
  • You know what happened before the call: invitation accepted, email opened. The person has already come across your name.
  • The power dialer runs through the numbers with nothing to prep in between.
  • Email and LinkedIn replies land in one inbox, sorted by AI, with a suggested response.
  • You keep what the job is really about: discovery, objections, booking the meeting.

A day with a tool for SDRs that clears the ground first

Here is how a typical day runs in Prosperian, from the first coffee to the last callback.

  1. Step 01Morning: the queue is readyAhead of time, Prosperian has detected signals (job change, hiring, funding round, a reaction to a post), enriched the contacts and sent the first messages. You open a queue sorted by heat score.
  2. Step 02Thirty seconds of reading per cardThe card shows the signal, why now, the suggested angle and the activation history. The 0 to 100 score comes with three dated reasons.
  3. Step 03The session: the dialer dialsThe power dialer, available in every plan, moves through the numbers. On the Pro plan, the parallel dialler calls several numbers at once and only hands you the prospects who pick up.
  4. Step 04Voicemail: drop a recordingNo answer? You drop a prepared voicemail and the dialer moves on to the next number.
  5. Step 05Afternoon: the inboxReplies arrive in the unified inbox, ranked by priority. You handle the people who want to talk first, then the follow-ups.

Built for SDRs who spend their days on the phone

It is for you if

  • You make outbound calls every week and lose time building and prepping your lists.
  • You want to call people who have already seen your name, by email or on LinkedIn.
  • You already do outbound
  • You have a structured sales team
  • Several people prospect on the team
  • You already use a sales stack
  • Your reps spend time preparing their prospecting
  • They still call a lot of cold prospects
  • You want to prioritize accounts better

It is probably not for you if

  • Your role involves no outbound calls or messages at all.
  • You do no outbound prospecting at all
  • You only want mass emailing
  • You want to take humans out of selling

The voicemail to leave when the prospect doesn't pick up

Twenty seconds, one signal you are allowed to mention, one reason to call back. Never a hint about an opened email or a website visit.

Call script · PhoneVoicemail after a job change

Hi {first_name}, this is {your_name} from {your_company}.

I'm calling because you recently stepped into the {title} role at {company}. Congratulations.

In the first months in that seat, a lot of {function} leaders take a fresh look at {topic}. I wanted to see if that's true for you too.

I sent you a short note on LinkedIn, feel free to reply there. Otherwise I'll try again {day} late morning.

Have a good day. {your_name}, {your_number}.

ChecklistBefore you start the dialer
  1. The queue is sorted hottest first.
  2. I've read the signal and suggested angle for the first five prospects.
  3. I've spotted on each card what not to say (email opens, website visits).
  4. My voicemail is recorded for unanswered calls.

Frequently asked questions

Is Prosperian going to replace my SDR job?

No. It automates research, enrichment, signal detection, prioritization and prep. You keep the conversation, discovery, objections and closing, which is everything that needs a human.

What am I allowed to tell the prospect about the signal?

Anything public or anything they did with you: a job change, hiring, a funding round, an accepted invitation, a reaction to a post. An email open or a website visit is used to pick the moment, never to be quoted. The card reminds you for every prospect.

Is my LinkedIn account at risk?

Prosperian caps each account at 20 actions per day, invitations and messages included. You can lower that cap but not raise it. An account in trouble is paused automatically.

Do I have to re-enter everything in the CRM?

No. Prosperian runs a two-way sync with HubSpot and Pipedrive. Your calls and meetings show up where your manager tracks them.

Do call minutes use credits?

Yes: 1 credit per minute, rounded up to the next minute. The parallel dialler, available on the Pro and Enterprise plans, is counted the same way.
