For sales directors

The sales director tool that makes your pipeline readable

Prosperian is a sales director tool that replaces several layers of your stack with a single flow. Sourcing, enrichment, sequences and a power dialer work together next to your CRM, and every conversation keeps a record of the signal that triggered it. You know where your pipeline comes from and what it costs you.

What SDRs using it say

  • “I was pleasantly surprised by Prosperian. Cold calls, which used to be a chore, have become much smoother and more enjoyable. Between the power dialer, which lets me qualify and move from one call to the next at breakneck speed, and manual lead enrichment, it's the complete platform I needed to save time and focus on my sales.”

Christian Foham, CEO's Right Hand | Growth & Outbound Prospecting

  • “As an SDR, Prosperian is a real advantage in time saved and convenience. My calls follow one another with no time wasted, and the tool is very easy to use.”

Othmane Bayahya, Business Developer @ Bee Nice

  • “Prosperian made me more productive, with clear traceability on my day-to-day tasks as an SDR. I recommend it!”

Louis Vimart-Camier, SDR @ Scal IA

A pipeline that depends on this month's energy can't be forecast

A sales director doesn't live in the call queue. They live with its consequences: a pipeline that swings up and down and a tooling bill that grows every year.

  • A stacked-up stackOne tool to find contacts, another for emails, a third for sequences, a separate dialer. Every subscription brings its own seats, exports and duplicates.
  • A blurry pipeline sourceWhen a meeting lands, nobody really knows which event at the prospect made it possible. Repeating the same effort next quarter is guesswork.
  • An unknown cost per conversationData is paid for as a flat fee, whether it gets used or not. Tying spend to a meeting turns into a spreadsheet exercise.

Sales leadership can finally connect spend, signals and meetings

  • Every prospect called carries its signal and three dated reasons: where pipeline comes from is visible card by card.
  • The same flow runs every week (target, detect, warm up, call) instead of depending on one-off campaigns.
  • One platform for sourcing, enrichment, sequences and the power dialer, with your CRM kept as is.
  • Data paid on results: 1 credit per company, contact or email found, 10 credits per phone number, nothing when nothing is found.
  • The power dialer in every plan, and the parallel dialler on Pro or Enterprise for teams that call a lot.
  • A platform hosted in the European Union, with email prospecting based on legitimate interest by default.

How a sales director tool fits into your existing stack

Rollout follows Prosperian's four-step method, with no integration project to run.

  1. Step 01Frame the targetYou provide your website and your ICP. Prosperian analyzes the market, sources accounts and contacts, and prepares the first prioritized prospects in a few minutes.
  2. Step 02Pick the signals that matterMore than thirty signals in seven families: job changes, hiring, funding rounds, mergers, tool adoption or churn, legal notices, visits to your website. You keep the ones that point to a need in your market.
  3. Step 03Connect the CRMA two-way sync with HubSpot or Pipedrive. Your pipeline keeps living where you build your forecasts.
  4. Step 04Cancel the redundant subscriptionsOnce the flow is running, separate sourcing, enrichment, sequencing and dialer tools no longer need to be paid for.

For B2B sales leaders whose teams already run outbound

It is for you if

  • You lead a team of SDRs or AEs and pay for several separate prospecting tools.
  • You want to tie every meeting to an identifiable signal at the prospect.
  • You already do outbound
  • You have a structured sales team
  • Several people prospect on the team
  • You already use a sales stack
  • Your reps spend time preparing their prospecting
  • They still call a lot of cold prospects
  • You want to prioritize accounts better

It is probably not for you if

  • You are looking to replace your reps with AI.
  • You do no outbound prospecting at all
  • You only want mass emailing
  • You want to take humans out of selling

The stack audit to fill in before you switch tools

Six questions to put to your team and your invoices. If several answers make you uncomfortable, the stack deserves a review, with or without Prosperian.

ChecklistProspecting stack audit
  1. How many separate tools does it take to find, enrich, contact and call a single prospect?
  2. Do you pay a flat fee for data, including data nobody uses?
  3. For the last meeting booked, do you know which signal at {company} triggered it?
  4. Do your reps know what they must never say to a prospect (email opened, website visited)?
  5. Does prospecting activity reach {crm} without manual re-entry?
  6. Where is your prospect data hosted, and on what legal basis do you contact them?

Frequently asked questions

Does Prosperian replace our CRM?

No. Your CRM stays and syncs both ways with Prosperian, for HubSpot and Pipedrive. Prosperian replaces the tools upstream of it: sourcing, enrichment, sequencing and power dialer.

How is the cost of data calculated?

In credits: 1 credit per company, contact, email found or AI action, and 10 credits per phone number. You are only charged when a result is found. Call minutes cost 1 credit per minute.

Where is the data hosted?

Prosperian is designed and hosted in the European Union. B2B email prospecting relies on legitimate interest by default: a message related to the recipient's role and a one-click unsubscribe.

Can we test before committing the whole team?

Yes. The trial is free, with no credit card. You enter your website and target, and the first prioritized prospects are ready in a few minutes.

Do I still need my SDRs?

Yes. Prosperian automates research, enrichment, signals, prioritization and prep. Your reps keep the conversation, discovery, objections and closing.
