An email finder that verifies before the first send

Prosperian's email finder locates a prospect's work address and verifies it before the agent writes. You know whether it is deliverable, undeliverable or risky, and you only spend a credit when an address is found.

What SDRs using it say

  • “I was pleasantly surprised by Prosperian. Cold calls, which used to be a chore, have become much smoother and more enjoyable. Between the power dialer, which lets me qualify and move from one call to the next at breakneck speed, and manual lead enrichment, it's the complete platform I needed to save time and focus on my sales.”

Christian Foham, CEO's Right Hand | Growth & Outbound Prospecting

  • “As an SDR, Prosperian is a real advantage in time saved and convenience. My calls follow one another with no time wasted, and the tool is very easy to use.”

Othmane Bayahya, Business Developer @ Bee Nice

  • “Prosperian made me more productive, with clear traceability on my day-to-day tasks as an SDR. I recommend it!”

Louis Vimart-Camier, SDR @ Scal IA

A found address is useless if the message goes out at the wrong time

Tools that find emails solve one problem: having the address. The rest of the work starts afterwards.

  • Guessing an address is expensiveTrying firstname.lastname, initials, variants: a made-up address that bounces weighs on your domain reputation.
  • An address with no reason to writeHaving a director's email does not tell you what to say. Without context, the message looks like every other one.
  • Copy, paste, repeatLook up the address in one tool, paste it into another to send, then into the CRM: every contact takes three moves.

The email finder opens the sequence, it does not replace it

  1. Step 01A contact who mattersA signal brings up a contact from your target: they are hiring, they just changed roles, they reacted to a post.
  2. Step 02The address, found and gradedProsperian looks for their work email and gives it a status. Only deliverable addresses move on to the next step.
  3. Step 03The first messageThe agent writes using the signal you can mention. Reactions (open, click, reply) are logged in the contact's history.
  4. Step 04The callOnce the prospect has reacted, they move up the power dialer queue with the context of the exchange.

Every address comes with a clear verdict

Three verification statuses
Deliverable, undeliverable or risky. You see at a glance what can receive a message.
The agent only writes to deliverable addresses
Undeliverable and risky addresses are kept out of the agent's sends. Your domain does not pay for a typo.
1 credit per email found
No result, no charge. You pay for addresses, not for attempts.
Email and context in one place
The address sits on the prospect record, next to the signal and the suggested angle. You write without switching tabs.
A sequence ready to go
The email feeds an email and LinkedIn sequence run by the agent, with conditions based on whether the prospect opened, clicked or accepted.
GDPR basics applied by default
A message tied to the person's role and one-click unsubscribe: legitimate interest is applied with nothing to configure.

Where the email finder stops

  • Some addresses cannot be found. In that case, no credit is charged.
  • A risky address is not used by the agent, even if it might be valid: caution comes before volume.
  • It is not a bulk sending tool: messages go out in sequences, contact by contact, starting from a signal.

Useful when the email starts a conversation, not when it is the goal

It is for you if

  • You send a first email before calling, and you want it to arrive.
  • You have already had bounce or domain reputation problems.
  • You already do outbound
  • You have a structured sales team
  • Several people prospect on the team
  • You already use a sales stack
  • Your reps spend time preparing their prospecting
  • They still call a lot of cold prospects
  • You want to prioritize accounts better

It is probably not for you if

  • You want to collect addresses in bulk for a newsletter or a mail blast.
  • You do no outbound prospecting at all
  • You only want mass emailing
  • You want to take humans out of selling

A short first email, anchored on a signal you can mention

This template only cites a public fact (hiring, funding round, new role). It never mentions an email open or a website visit: those signals are for picking the moment, not for repeating to the prospect.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a found email cost?

1 credit per email found. If no address is found, no credit is charged.

What does "risky" mean?

It is an address that verification cannot confirm will receive the message. The agent does not write to it, so your domain is not exposed to bounces.

Can I use the emails in my own sending tool?

Prosperian is built to send the first message itself, in a sequence tied to the signal, then hand over to the phone. That is where an email finder pays off most.

Is the email finder GDPR compliant?

B2B email prospecting relies on legitimate interest: a message tied to the person's role and one-click unsubscribe. That framework is applied by default, and Prosperian is hosted in the European Union.

Do I need another tool for phone numbers?

No. Prosperian also finds phone numbers, at 10 credits per number found, in the same product.
