A phone number finder that feeds your call queue
Prosperian's phone number finder gets the numbers of the prospects you actually plan to call. The number lands in the power dialer queue, next to the signal and the activation history, and you only pay if it is found.
- Signal
- New VP Sales for three weeks
- Why now
- LinkedIn invitation accepted, number found this morning
- Suggested angle
- A new VP Sales's priorities in the first 90 days
What SDRs using it say
“I was pleasantly surprised by Prosperian. Cold calls, which used to be a chore, have become much smoother and more enjoyable. Between the power dialer, which lets me qualify and move from one call to the next at breakneck speed, and manual lead enrichment, it's the complete platform I needed to save time and focus on my sales.”
Christian Foham, CEO's Right Hand | Growth & Outbound Prospecting
“As an SDR, Prosperian is a real advantage in time saved and convenience. My calls follow one another with no time wasted, and the tool is very easy to use.”
Othmane Bayahya, Business Developer @ Bee Nice
“Prosperian made me more productive, with clear traceability on my day-to-day tasks as an SDR. I recommend it!”
Louis Vimart-Camier, SDR @ Scal IA
A number without a call plan ends up in a spreadsheet
Finding numbers has become easy. Calling them at the right time, with something to say, is still the real work.
- A number costs more than an emailBuying numbers for a whole list means spending a lot on people you will never call.
- The number lands in the wrong toolYou copy it from the lookup tool to the phone, then log the outcome in the CRM. Every call starts with admin.
- You call cold by defaultWith a number and nothing else, the call opens on your pitch, not on the prospect's topic.
The phone number finder steps in right before the call
- Step 01Signal detectedA job change, a hiring push or a funding round brings up a contact from your target.
- Step 02First written touchThe agent sends a verified email or a LinkedIn invitation. The prospect's reaction is logged in their history.
- Step 03Number foundFor the prospects you plan to call, Prosperian looks for the number. You are only charged when one is found.
- Step 04Calling sessionThe prospect joins the power dialer queue, sorted hottest first. You call with the prospect record in front of you.
The number is dialed from the same screen as the prospect record
- 10 credits per number found
- You know the price upfront. If no number exists, nothing is charged.
- Dialed from the power dialer
- No copy and paste: the number is in the queue and the dialer moves on. The power dialer comes with every plan, at 1 credit per call minute.
- The parallel dialler for big sessions
- On the Pro or Enterprise plan, several numbers are dialed at once and only those who pick up are passed to you.
- Voicemail drop
- When nobody answers, you leave a prerecorded voicemail and move to the next number.
- The record next to the number
- Signal, why now, suggested angle and activation history are on screen while it rings.
- The outcome in your CRM
- Two-way sync with HubSpot and Pipedrive keeps the pipeline current with no retyping.
What the phone number lookup does not do
- It does not find a number for every contact. No number, no charge, but no call either.
- It does not turn a cold call warm: without a signal and a first message, a number is just a number.
- At 10 credits a number, enriching a whole list out of habit gets expensive. Keep it for this week's prospects.
For teams that pick up the phone every week
It is for you if
- Your SDRs run calling sessions and waste time hunting for numbers.
- You want the phone to come after a first email or an accepted invitation.
- You already do outbound
- You have a structured sales team
- Several people prospect on the team
- You already use a sales stack
- Your reps spend time preparing their prospecting
- They still call a lot of cold prospects
- You want to prioritize accounts better
It is probably not for you if
- You do not plan to call, and only want contacts for a mass email send.
- You do no outbound prospecting at all
- You only want mass emailing
- You want to take humans out of selling
A 20-second voicemail that gets a callback
Plenty of calls end in voicemail. Record this script once and drop it when nobody picks up. It only mentions the public signal, never the fact that the prospect opened your email.
Hi {first_name}, this is {your_first_name} from {your_company}.
I'm calling about {signal} at {company}.
Teams in your position often tell us about {common_challenge}, and I had a concrete idea to share.
I'll send you a short email with my details. You can also call me back on {your_number}.
Have a good day.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a found number cost?
10 credits per phone number found. If no number is found, nothing is charged.
Are calls billed on top?
Call minutes are paid in credits: 1 credit per minute, rounded up. The power dialer comes with every plan, the parallel dialler with Pro and Enterprise.
Should I look up the number of all my contacts?
No, and it would be costly. The good practice is to look up numbers for prospects who have a signal and reacted to a first message, the ones you will call this week.
Can I leave a voicemail?
Yes. Voicemail drop is part of the phone channel: you record your message once and drop it when nobody answers.
Do I need to keep another tool for numbers?
No. Prosperian replaces sourcing, enrichment, sequencing and power dialer tools. Only your CRM stays, synced both ways.
