AI call preparation, ready before the phone rings

Prosperian's AI call preparation writes, for every prospect, the card your SDRs used to put together by hand. Signal, reason to call now, suggested angle, what to avoid saying and activation history fit on one screen.

What SDRs using it say

  • “I was pleasantly surprised by Prosperian. Cold calls, which used to be a chore, have become much smoother and more enjoyable. Between the power dialer, which lets me qualify and move from one call to the next at breakneck speed, and manual lead enrichment, it's the complete platform I needed to save time and focus on my sales.”

Christian Foham, CEO's Right Hand | Growth & Outbound Prospecting

  • “As an SDR, Prosperian is a real advantage in time saved and convenience. My calls follow one another with no time wasted, and the tool is very easy to use.”

Othmane Bayahya, Business Developer @ Bee Nice

  • “Prosperian made me more productive, with clear traceability on my day-to-day tasks as an SDR. I recommend it!”

Louis Vimart-Camier, SDR @ Scal IA

Preparing a call by hand takes longer than the call

A good call needs preparation. The problem is the cost of that preparation, repeated for every number of the day.

  • Ten tabs for one opening lineLinkedIn profile, company website, latest news, past exchanges. The SDR pulls it all together to find a way in.
  • Prep gets skipped under pressureLate in the day, the call goes out with no context. Often it is the one that would have mattered most.
  • Saying what should not be said"I saw you opened my email": the line that turns a useful call into an awkward one.

The card builds itself while the prospect warms up

  1. Step 01The signal is capturedA job change, a hiring push, a funding round or a post reaction is detected and dated.
  2. Step 02The activation is loggedThe first message goes out. Invitation accepted, email opened, link clicked: each reaction is added to the history.
  3. Step 03AI writes the prepIt picks an angle using only signals that can be mentioned, and lists what must not come up.
  4. Step 04The SDR reads and dialsThe card opens in the power dialer as the number is dialed. Thirty seconds of reading is enough.

What AI call preparation puts on the card

The signal
The observed event, with its date. It is the reason for the call.
Why now
What makes this signal urgent this week rather than in three months.
The suggested angle
An opener based only on facts the prospect is comfortable hearing: job change, hiring, funding round, accepted invitation, post reaction.
What not to say
Email open, click, website visit, engagement with a competitor: these signals decide when to call, and the card reminds you never to quote them. That is what avoids the "I'm watching you" effect.
The activation history
What happened before the call, in order: messages sent, invitation accepted, replies.
The heat score and its reasons
A score from 0 to 100 with three dated reasons, explaining the prospect's place in the queue.

The card prepares the call, it does not make it

  • AI does not talk to the prospect. Discovery, objections and closing stay with the rep.
  • A suggested angle is still a suggestion: the SDR rephrases it in their own words.
  • With no signal and no activation, the card stays thin. The prep is only as good as what came before.

For SDRs who call a lot and prepare little, for lack of time

It is for you if

  • Your SDRs spend more time searching than talking.
  • You want call openers that land, with no line that makes the prospect uneasy.
  • You already do outbound
  • You have a structured sales team
  • Several people prospect on the team
  • You already use a sales stack
  • Your reps spend time preparing their prospecting
  • They still call a lot of cold prospects
  • You want to prioritize accounts better

It is probably not for you if

  • You want an agent that calls in place of your reps.
  • You do no outbound prospecting at all
  • You only want mass emailing
  • You want to take humans out of selling

The 30 seconds of reading before you dial

A checklist to keep by the phone. It follows the order of the Prosperian card, and works just as well with prep done by hand.

ChecklistRead the card before the call
  1. The signal: what happened at {company}, and when?
  2. Why now: what does this signal change for {first_name} this week?
  3. My first sentence: I cite a public fact (new role, hiring, funding round, accepted invitation, post reaction).
  4. What I don't say: nothing about an email open, a click, a website visit or a competitor.
  5. The history: which message did {first_name} get, and did they reply?
  6. My opening question: a question about their topic, not a pitch for {your_company}.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from an AI SDR?

An AI SDR prospects on your behalf. AI call preparation does something else: it prepares the rep who is about to call, and leaves the conversation to them.

Where does the card's information come from?

From the signals Prosperian detects on the prospect and from the history of your exchanges with them: messages sent, invitation accepted, replies.

Why does the card say what not to say?

Because some signals are for choosing the moment, not for quoting. Telling a prospect they opened your email or visited your site creates unease. The card reminds you on every call.

Does the SDR have to follow the suggested angle word for word?

No. The angle is a starting point based on a fact that can be mentioned. The rep says it in their own words and adapts to the prospect's answers.

Do I need the power dialer to benefit from it?

The card shows up in the power dialer as you dial, which is where it helps most. The power dialer is included in every plan.
