Call volume

Increase sales call volume without stretching the day

To increase sales call volume, first remove what happens between two calls. Prosperian builds the queue, finds the numbers and chains the dialing in the power dialer, so your reps spend their session talking, not searching.

What SDRs using it say

  • “I was pleasantly surprised by Prosperian. Cold calls, which used to be a chore, have become much smoother and more enjoyable. Between the power dialer, which lets me qualify and move from one call to the next at breakneck speed, and manual lead enrichment, it's the complete platform I needed to save time and focus on my sales.”

Christian Foham, CEO's Right Hand | Growth & Outbound Prospecting

  • “As an SDR, Prosperian is a real advantage in time saved and convenience. My calls follow one another with no time wasted, and the tool is very easy to use.”

Othmane Bayahya, Business Developer @ Bee Nice

  • “Prosperian made me more productive, with clear traceability on my day-to-day tasks as an SDR. I recommend it!”

Louis Vimart-Camier, SDR @ Scal IA

Call volume leaks out between numbers, not during the call

When a team makes few calls, motivation is rarely the issue. What slows them down is everything around dialing the number.

  • The list is never readyIn the morning, the rep sorts an export, fills in missing fields and decides where to start. The session starts late, and it starts tired.
  • Every number is dialed by handDial, wait, hit voicemail, log the outcome, move on. Repeated dozens of times, that routine eats a good share of the session.
  • Numbers are missing or wrongA record with no direct line is a call that never happens. Or one more search on LinkedIn and the company website, right in the middle of the session.

What changes when you increase sales call volume this way

Effects you can see in how a session runs, not promised numbers.

  • The session starts on time: the queue is sorted and every record has its number before the rep sits down.
  • Dead time disappears: the power dialer moves to the next contact as soon as the previous call ends.
  • Voicemails no longer break the rhythm: a prepared voicemail is dropped and the dialer keeps going.
  • On the Pro plan, the parallel dialler calls several numbers at once and only hands the rep the prospects who pick up.
  • Volume does not come at the expense of relevance: the queue stays sorted by heat, the most engaged prospects come first.

Four settings that keep a call session from stalling

Volume comes from flow. Each setting removes one interruption.

  1. Step 01A queue built the day beforeProsperian sources accounts in your target, enriches the contacts and gives each one a 0 to 100 heat score. Tomorrow's queue is waiting for the rep.
  2. Step 02Numbers found before the callPhone numbers are looked up ahead of time, at 10 credits per number, charged only when a number is found. No more searching mid-session.
  3. Step 03A dialer that keeps goingThe power dialer, included in every plan, dials the next number without waiting. A minute of calling costs 1 credit, rounded up to the next minute.
  4. Step 04Outcomes logged without leaving the screenThe rep logs the call from the record. Two-way sync with HubSpot or Pipedrive updates the CRM with no re-keying.

Checklist: prepare a call session that holds its pace

Run it the day before and that morning, whatever calling tool you use.

ChecklistPrepare a two-hour call session
  1. The day before, block two fixed slots in the calendar, with no meetings and no inbox.
  2. The day before, pull a queue that covers the whole session, sorted from hottest to coldest.
  3. Check that every record has a direct number; drop the ones that do not instead of searching during the session.
  4. Record a short voicemail: your first name, the reason for the call, when you will call back.
  5. Prepare one opening line per signal type, not one script per prospect.
  6. During the session, log the outcome in one word (callback, meeting, not interested, voicemail) and move on.
  7. After the session, follow up by email or LinkedIn on every voicemail, quoting the same fact as in the message, for example the hiring underway at {company}.

Frequently asked questions

Doesn't calling more lower the quality?

That is the risk when you push volume on a cold list. Here the queue stays sorted by heat and every record shows the signal and the suggested angle. Reps call more, but they call the people with a reason to pick up first.

What is the difference between a power dialer and a parallel dialler?

The power dialer calls one number after another, with no dead time, and comes with every plan. The parallel dialler calls several numbers at once and only passes on the prospects who answer; it is reserved for the Pro and Enterprise plans. Both use 1 credit per minute.

How much does a phone number cost?

10 credits per number found. If no number is found, nothing is charged.

Do we need to switch CRMs?

No. Prosperian syncs both ways with HubSpot and Pipedrive: calls and their outcomes flow back in, and your pipeline stays where it is.

How long until the first session?

You enter your website and your target, and Prosperian prepares the first prioritized prospects in a few minutes, with no technical setup. The trial is free, no credit card required.
